1. About Us
Simply Horticulture ("we", "us", "our") sells the SH-Room automated mushroom growing controller and accessories through simply-horticulture.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
All products are described as accurately as possible on our website. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product in colour or appearance due to screen settings. We reserve the right to update product specifications without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- We do not store your payment card details — all card data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation from both Stripe and Simply Horticulture.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Shipping
- We ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery location and displayed at checkout.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery times vary by region:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 working days
- Rest of World: 10–21 working days
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.
- Import duties and taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
5. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

- You must return the product in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Returns & Refunds
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty or damaged:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@simply-horticulture.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
- Do not attempt to repair the product yourself — this may void the warranty.
Change of Mind
- Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is at your expense.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, minus original shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, assembled, or modified.
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
- Individual sensors or components that have been connected to a circuit (due to electrostatic sensitivity).
7. Warranty
- All SH-Room controllers and accessories come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or negligence.
- Water damage to electronic components (the controller is not waterproof).
- Damage caused by incorrect power supply or voltage.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by environmental conditions (extreme heat, humidity beyond operating range).
- To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@simply-horticulture.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The SH-Room controller is designed to assist with mushroom cultivation. It is provided as a tool and does not guarantee specific growing outcomes.
- We are not liable for crop loss, failed grows, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, guides, firmware, and software — is the property of Simply Horticulture and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
